We are dispatching orders as normal whilst following government guidelines.

Your gift voucher is e-mailed to you and you can use instantly.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked to complete your details that are required to enable us to complete the order.

We accept all debit, credit and American Express cards. We do take payment for any item ordered or backordered.

Special order items are also charged therefore they are reserved and awaiting arrival to our goods in department. Once your order has been delivered to us it is then checked and dispatched. 

All mail order transactions where debit/credit card details are obtained are 100% guaranteed safe and secure. 

To make sure that we can dispatch your parcel the same day, please place your order before 2pm.

We have an in-house embroidery team. We can customise your Druids Golf clothing based on your requirements.

Before placing your order contact us and we will assist you with your order and requirements.

We'll re-input any changes to your order provided it hasn't already been dispatched.

If you'd like to make a change to your order, we recommend that you send us an e-mail and we'll arrange any amendments / payment for additional products.

Ensure that all items are in their original condition, with your invoice attached detailing your required change.

Once we receive your item, your replacement will be dispatched within 2 working day.s

In the unlikely event that you experience problems with any of the products you have bought from us,
please email contact@druidsgolf.com and once we are notified, we can advise you of the procedure.

All returns are eligible for a credit note or exchange.

Any items purchased in our outlet section are not eligible for exchange or refund - THESE SALES ARE FINAL (Unless the item is faulty).

Once we’ve received your item, a refund will be processed within 3 to 5 working days.
